Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation and organization
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
- Helping manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Supporting students with special educational needs and adapting materials as required
- Supervising students during breaks, lunchtimes, and on school trips
- Assisting with the assessment and recording of student progress
- Contributing to the creation of engaging and interactive learning activities
Qualifications:
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is preferred
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are a plus
