We are thrilled to be working with a welcoming and nurturing primary school in Brighton. The successful candidate will be able to cover KS1 and KS2 classes and can be flexible with their working days and hours.
Position: Day-to-day supply teacher
Location: Brighton
Hours: Part time
Salary: £110 - £140 a day
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to a diverse range of pupils.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the varying needs of pupils in mixed ability classes.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with other teaching staff and support staff.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to pupils to support their academic progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching primary-aged children is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and pupil needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
