We are thrilled to be working with a welcoming and inclusive infant school in Fiveways area, where they foster a love of learning. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will be able to cover EYFS and KS1 classes and can be flexible with their working days and hours.
Position: Day-to-day supply teacher
Location: Brighton
Hours: Part time
Salary: £110 - £140 a day
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to a diverse range of pupils.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the varying needs of pupils in mixed ability classes.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with other teaching staff and support staff.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to pupils to support their academic progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching EYFS and KS1 children is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and pupil needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
