Job Duties:
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery setting
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote children's development
- Monitor children's progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Support children with personal care routines, such as feeding and changing
Required Qualifications:
- Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Valid DBS check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
Experience:
Prior experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning through play
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
